Versailles Palace Guided Tour with Coach Transfer from Paris

Our tour was on a rainy day so we selected the “skip the line” tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and managed to weave us nicely through the rooms. So why the 4 stars and not the 5? This was my third visit to Versailles, however, I had my granddaughters with me and it was their first. I didn’t want them to miss anything nor did I want us to be exceedingly wet. In the future I and they will do the audio tour so we can spend as much of as little time in each room as we wish. If I could rate our guide, Natalie, separately, she would receive 5 stars.

My clients were given the wrong address for the meeting site. While they received a refund they missed the tour to Versailles. This was a grandmother, daughter and granddaughter group and a dream trip. They won't be able to easily come back. No one even tried to reschedule the tour for them. I am so disappointed for this family!

The tour guide was great! Very informative and passionate. The bus, however, was terrible. The bathroom door kept opening and slamming after every stop and start. The seats are cracked and the suspension is non-existent. The driver went through several red lights and was very heavy on the gas and brake. The ride was awful.

Nazli our tour guide was great! She was able to maneuver our group through the most crowded rooms in Versailles around other guests with ease, while still giving us plenty of information to digest about each individual room and its contents. She made us laugh and kept everyone’s spirits up during a rainy day. She knew her stuff and made the visit worthwhile. Would definitely do it again and recommend the tour to anyone looking for a grand time, as grand as the Palace of Versailles, thanks to Nazli!

Never get to the tour, they change the meeting point and never reach us by mail, phone call or text. We were one hour ahead of time at 7:30 am, and it was for 8:30 am to leave the meeting point. I called at 7:49 am, they place my call in a waiting list. Then called again at 8:16 am and by that time the person who answered the call told us the change of the meeting point. We booked the tour since March 2024. We asked for refund due to their neglected service and attention to our group.

Loved it!! June, our guide, was very informative but not too much. Enjoyed the skip the line feature. The gardens were beautiful. Clear instructions on when and where to return. Very well organized. The coordinator, Evelyn, was cheerful and fun!!

Sharing this experience with my wife it was very educational and I love the history of the palace. All the king and Queens that reign during those periods and the architects of those times were very artistic

Having a guided tour was great! There were no problems getting through the gates in a timely manner. The grounds were beautiful. I was happy that we had plenty of time to grab something to eat and tour the grounds afterwards.
