The tour guide didn't show up - and we had to pay an additional 56 Euros to get into the Musee D'Orsay - and see the museum without a guide! A refund is in order!!!!!!!!!!

The audio quality on the headset was terrible, the volume kept coming in and out and the feedback was constantly hurting my ears. The guide’s accent also was quite strong and so even as a native English speaker I couldn’t understand a lot of what she was saying alongside the audio issues. Also, as much as I don’t like to mention it, let’s just say she needed some more deodorant as well… as it was quite distracting being right next to her due to this.

We had a wonderful experience with Anais. She was the best. Very interesting and provided us with a very comprehensive tour. Everything we wanted for our first trip to the D’Orsay.

The guide was very knowledgeable and his English was perfect!
This was my favorite museum in all of Paris & France.
Unfortunately, we paid for a small, under 6 person tour and we’re put into a group of 20 people!!

We had the most wonderful experience touring the Orsay Masterpieces and other famous sites with our excellent guide Pierre Daveux. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed in his descriptions, and sculpted the tour exactly as we had wanted. Thank you Pierre!

Our guide Erwan was delightful, friendly, well-informed and passionate about art - a perfect mentor for the subject. He stayed longer than he needed to, answered every question, and even sought us out to help us the next day when we were a little lost at the Louvre!

We have been to Musee d’orsay before and it was so much better to have a knowledgable guide! Blairet was very informative and pleasant and gave us great insights into the artists, the works themselves, and the relationships between the various artists and models.

Wouldn’t give me a refund due to metro delays and missed the meeting point and time by 5 minutes, even though I left an hour before the meeting time. Things out of my control and it being my first time in Paris/France and having to navigate the hectic public transportation. They should be more lenient about this.
