The day was over casted, a little chilly but manageable. We didn’t have tickets so we waited in line to get them. It didn’t take long. We went all the way to the top , it was amazing. The city is just built of brick and mortar. Very few trees and all the buildings are so close together. The streets can hardly be seen, and they are so very close together.

THEY SENT THE VOUCHER ON THE EVENING - I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT!!!
ON THE CELL PHONE AND THERE WAS AN ERROR LOG INTO THE ACCOUNT - ALWAYS GIVING THE SAME INVOICE WHICH SAYS IT WASN'T THE TICKET.
I had to go in person and buy it on the spot - 1 hour in line and spent again because the website doesn't reimburse and it's double the price!!!
Run away from it! Better to buy on the official website of the tower!!!

Definitely check when you book as we missed our slot (day) haha. Far too busy having fun in the city and lots to see. We did happen to go back the day after and we didn't end up going up as we was in a queue for over 2hrs and gave up and had some pictures taken and a walk around which was also amazing. 😀

The views were amazing, despite the trek to the top it was an unforgettable experience. I am truly happy that I was able to experience it. It was inexpensive and we had no issues with our entry tickets.

It was exactly what I thought it it would be. There was a place to store strollers at the bottom. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful viewpoints, and easy to grab refreshments along the way.

More of a review of TripAdvisor as a company. Accidently booked this tour for the wrong date and zero help from customer service for obraining a refund,exchange, etc. So much for being a "Plus" member. Was already back in the States for my actual booking date.
But one thing I must say- the Eiffel tower looks pretty cool from the ground!

I bought my tickets on your site, initially I wanted the tour with elevator, but there was no more room. I found these places the next day but only by stairs. I found it a bit expensive though (a little less than 30 euros per person, although I have seen much cheaper elsewhere). Too bad, it was still good.

Despite some of the negative reviews, we had a great time and there were no problems receiving the tickets, queuing up or walking up the stairs!
We loved it! We got the tickets quite late but the company emailed and sent a watsapp message with the tickets attached on the day which was fine. You just need to be a little patience but I emailed in the morning too just to be certain. They replied within the hour.
We went at 10am and there was NO QUEUE which was amazing and although walking up the eiffel tower was tiring, it was definitely do-able. My son who is afraid of heights managed to do it despite a few pauses at certain points to ground himself, but people were not in a rush and it wasn't crowded, so it was great.
