It was an absolutely fantastic tour. The AC van was clean and hygienic. The tour guide June was excellent. She speaks very good English and explained everything in detail.

Pleasant tour seeing the main temple sights. Given lots of interesting facts by informative guide. Declined the gem factory tour at the end and returned directly to our hotel. Would recommend.

Not really impressed by this Buddah. After seeing the Big Buddah on the hill in Phukett, nothing compares, they are all over hyped. I guess if your a Budhist it would be different. It's also difficult to locate the building it's in the Wat Pho compound.

We booked this tour through our Australian travel agent . Our tour guide, Suki picked us up from our hotel and spoke very good english . We arrived at the gates of this impressive tourist attraction, and was guided into the grand palace. It was great having a tour guide that was very informative and knowledgeable , and could give us a detailed information about this tourist attraction. he showed us around and took photos of each of the couples. The tour did stop off at the gem gallery which was interesting to watch the video of how gems are made and cut .However you get constantly followed by employees to buy something. The tour drove us past the flower market and chinatown . Yes , we did the tour in the morning too and would recommend doing this as it gets quite hot.

Peter, our tour guide, was extremely entertaining and enthusiastic. The pick up was on time and got us the temples way before the crowds. Being on the grounds without a lot of tourists was very peaceful. Luckily it was only us on the tour. I could have done without the stop at the gem market, it seemed to be a tourist trap (that's my only critique). But we were able to breeze out of there fairly quickly.

Our guide Peter and the minivan collected us from our hotel right on time. We were initially advised 7am but then received a message the day before at the hotel 7:30 so that was good. There was my husband and I and only one other man. Peter was very enthusiastic, spoke English well and explained points of interest as we drove along through China town. We first went to Temple of the Golden Buddha. Peter explained the sights, purchased our tickets (no extra cost to us) but did not enter with us, just advised time to meet him. This temple was beautiful and early in the morning not too crowded. From here we went to the Reclining Buddha. Again Peter purchased ticket and we got a bottle of water included. Again he gave us an overview and then a time to meet. This place was amazing, as well as the Buddha there are lots of different temples to wander around. And the toilets are clean! From here we drove to Marble Palace. This seemed to be Peter's fave but we preferred the other two. Same drill. We didn't need long here, we actually walked across the canal bridge and brought an icecream which was very refreshing as it was starting to get hot. The other guest got a taxi from here as he wanted to go to Grand Palace. Peter offered to drop us off somewhere else but we chose to go back to hotel. It was a great way to get a bit of culture and so much easier than trying to get to those places ourselves. Only disappointment was I didn't research it properly and assumed it went to Grand Palace. Oh well, next time. We paid about $55AUD each, pricey in comparison to doing it yourself but well worth it for us. Was good to do it in the morning before things got too busy / hot and we then had the afternoon to relax by the hotel pool.

I would have easily given this tour (and our guide, Jenny) five stars if it weren't for the inconvenient and unnecessary stop at the "Gem Gallery" at the end... the timing of this tour was great- we hate standing around and this tour moved along nicely. Jenny was knowledgeable and funny. My boyfriend and I were very content when we thought the tour was coming to an end but, sure enough, they dropped us at a massive gem warehouse where you have to watch a tacky seven minute video and then get hounded by the employees to buy something. I'm sure they make commission off of doing this so I get it but it's still very unfortunate and I wouldn't recommend to friends/family.
