Start your tour of the Eiffel Tower by meeting your guide, who will give you an introduction to the tower and the history of its construction. Ascend to the 2nd floor by elevator and take in the sweeping city views as you ascend this iconic landmark.

Good tour and knowledgeable tour guide. She was on time and kept things moving. Lines were long and tower was crowded but this was o]the only way to get tickets in June. I would have preferred to buy direct from website but they were not available. I would recommend the tour to other who can’t get tickets directly on website.

Viator assigned us Discover as a tour group.
Very poorly organised.
The group splits into 3 lots of 20 people, with a guide each. Luck of the draw if your guide was any good though. Others (not ours) seemed to be giving information to their groups, but ours barely said a word, despite me chasing him to start the “tour”.
It’s not a tour. You don’t get any more information than if you went by yourself.
Viator states that the guides provide you with the ticket when you meet, but they actually just make you queue up with every other punter. This also means that if the top floor is too full, you won’t actual guarantee yourself a ticket any more than queuing up on the day, despite booking with Viator 60 days in advance.
Still, all the web tickets for this day were sold direct to tour companies, not giving the public a chance to buy, so we had no choice.

Ekaette did a nice job. knowledgeable. the weather was good though the crowds were long. very nice trip and would do it again

We never got to the tour. Our granddaughter woke up sick. We tried to reschedule for a different day but since we were out of the 24 hr window. No exceptions.

Horrible. Need refund. Didn't realize we had to go to an embassy to get tickets prior. By the time we got there had to get another Uber because my mother can't walk very far

The tour company did greet us where agreed. The group of tourists was too large for each guide. There were 24 of us. The guide was nice and personable and she got us in the tower and elevator but there was no tour. No explanation about the tower and its history

It was not clear where to pick up our tickets and we missed our tour. Make the tickets available to download to wallet and don’t bury the information on pickup location in the 2nd pg of a PDF! Include pickup information in the reminder text.

Our tour guide had such in depth knowledge which she shared with passion and exuberance! So well worth it, and was able to score last minute tickets at a reasonable rate whereas it was sold out online.
