Join Daniela ( 69 Years old ), Mario (71) and their son Nicolò in their home kitchen to learn how to make classic Italian dishes over hand-made (that you will help making!) aperitifs and lots of fun and laughter.
It is our pleasure to welcome you into our home to share some of our family's precious recipes that we hand over from generation to generation.
Daniela has been cooking for her family for over 40 years and enjoys company in the kitchen and teaching some of her favorite dishes to people who love learning (and love to eat)!
The menu that we will prepare and eat may vary depending on the season and will consist of:

- Desserts
Daniela and Mario will teach you how to bring Italian cuisine into your home kitchen.
Our cuisine reflects the simplicity of who we are, it reflects the culture of traditions and the love for this territory.

My friends and I had the private cooking class at Daniela’s home with her family. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience with amazing food, this is a must!!!
Daniela and her family are so welcoming and kind. We felt like family and had such a wonderful time!! Daniela, Nicolo, Mario (and there was another relative, I wish I could remember her name)… thank you for opening up your home to us! You are an amazing family and I’m so thankful that I got to meet you and spend an evening of cooking, eating, drinking wine, laughing, and enjoying this experience with you all. You’re an awesome family and am grateful to have met you all.

From the moment we booked with the “Casa Club”, Nicolo, Daniela’s son, was so attentive to every detail. While we did help prepare delicious dishes with the D’Elia’s, the cultural experience and opportunity to connect with this authentic, loving family, was quite possibly the highlight of our 10 day trip. We looked at photos, told stories, laughed, and laughed some more. The food was outstanding but the relationships formed will last a lifetime. If you are considering booking, don’t hesitate, don’t delay. This is a must do if you are going to be in Rome!

This was so much fun! Nicol, Daniela and Mario will make you feel like part of the family. You will spend time cooking a delicious meal and spend even more time talking, laughing, and getting to know each other. They were happy to provide tips to recreate this meal at home. After two weeks of rushing to meet trains, flights and tours this was a perfect way to relax and finish our vacation.
Take advantage of the hotel pick up service. I think public transportation would be diffulicult and a taxi would be more expensive.

We loved learning to make gnocchi and saltimbocca. The homemade chocolate gelato was amazing and lemoncello was perfect.. we enjoyed visiting with Daniela, Lorella and Nicolò. They made us feel at home - just like family.❤️

Such a beautiful experience! Nicolo picked us up easily from our Airbnb, and we arrived in a quaint neighborhood outside the city centre. We enjoyed great conversation, and his mom and aunt kept the foods and drinks flowing the whole time! My teenagers said this was one of their favorite experiences in our two weeks in Italy. Learning how to make the meatballs, bruschetta, and pasta was really enjoyable! Then homemade limoncello! Will miss our new Italian familia!

We had an amazing time at the private Cooking Class at Daniela’s home. Nicolo, Mario, and Daniela were so welcoming and kind. It was such a special time as we shared, laughs, stories ,and the most delicious meal.
If you want a unique experience and experience an authentic Italian meal with genuine and lovely people book this I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Amazing, memorable, and authentic does not begin to describe the time we had! Nicolo, Mario, and Daniela were gracious, welcoming, and loving hosts. It was so memorable to spend time with this family, creating a meal together and then sitting down and enjoying stories and laughter. I would book this again. This will be a memory our family will cherish forever. Daniela and son Nicolo and husband Mario and his cousin were so welcoming and charming. Their home is beautiful and they are even more beautiful as a family. Enjoying a meal with them and getting to know the culture was a complete joy. We have friends for life!

Meeting Daniela’s family and teaching us to cook a meal they enjoyed. What a great story of how they started doing this venue. They were so welcoming and treated us like we have known them forever. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend activity.
