They did not show up to pick us up at the hotel. Ruined our day..Local company refused to answer phone. We lost night before as we had to be ready at 7 am

Driver was exactly on time and friendly.
The margin between the 2 boat trips and what we paid was quite high, meaning we paid a lot for the transport.
The evaglades boat trip was only 30 minutes and not the 1 hour advertised.
The bayside boat was great.

This tour is magnificent, the guide was great, we saw crocodiles in the everglades swamp, Calle 8 is something you can't stop going to in Miami and the millionaires island boat that is included in this tour is amazing, it lasts 90 minutes once unique experience, I recommend this tour 100 percent thanks for everything
