Prompt, friendly driver, pointed out scenic attractions on the way to hotel. Managed crowded intersections in Paris with no problems.

Driver was mad that we had the 3 bags of luggage. I asked if he would rather send someone else which he declined. He made snide remarks and made a face when we arrived at the hotel.

Very easy and seamless transfer. The driver was waiting right outside of arrivals with a clear sign. The driver was safe and courteous. An easy drive to our hotel after a long flight and a late arrival.

Our driver great. Met us outside of customs and was holding a sign which is always a relief. Very courteous and did a lot of explaining of sites on the way.

The driver never showed up! We paid extra for after hours pick up too. Waited an hour after the flight landed and driver was a no show. Took a taxi as we had no other choice. Tried calling, texting, emailing and no response, no attempt to reach us, absolute silence! Never again. Requesting refunds.

We arrived on time, with unclear directions as to where to meet our driver. After waiting 25min. We stopped a driver from the same company asking assistance. He was comedy, made a phone call and assured us our car was ten minutes away. He told us where to meet the driver. Thirty minutes later the driver had not arrived. We called three times and were disconnected each time. We spotted a second employee and asked for assistance. He made a call and told us the driver was near. Ten minutes later he came back and told us he was our driver. Just really disappointed to have gone through this panic and frustration on our trip to Paris.

Driver never showed up…..called upon arrival and they sent us a guy with a taxi. Very disappointing experience. Happy to say a full refund was promptly given to us.
