Marica is absolutely wonderful. After we mixed up the days for our tour (our fault completely!) Marica responded quickly to rearrange the tour for us. She has so much knowledge on Roman history and how it shaped the food culture and vice versa. We never felt rushed or that we spent too long in any location and had some great conversations on the walks between stops. I would definitely recommend this tour, it was our first time in Rome and was a highlight of our time spent in the city.

Since my friends and I spent some days in Rome, we wanted to try the authentic specialities of Roman cuisine and thanks to Marica we did it! I loved every food she made us try and in particular the Supplì, It was delicious!! She was a really nice and friendly person with whom to spend a lovely evening in Rome.
