I purchased the tours for a couple in March/2024 through the link directed by the Instagram page, I was assisted quickly by Ana Paula and all negotiations, doubts and wishes for the trip were shared for alignment.
The tours on the first 2 days were carried out in partnership with other agencies that picked us up and the guides were great, unfortunately on the third day and last day of the trip, on one of the most anticipated days (wineries) we were informed that there would be no way to continue with the tour. schedule.
We wanted to visit Concha y toro and Undurraga on the same day, specifically these wineries. Due to the unavailability reported by the agency, we went to just 1 winery in the afternoon and discovered that other couples had done both tours at other agencies on the same day. I have been requesting a refund of the amount paid for a premium tasting experience and to my disappointment, they informed me that it would happen the following week and then informed the deadline for return is 60 days, I have been reinforcing that the cancellation did not come from us but from agency, in addition to the frustration of not having been to the winery, I am waiting for my contacts to return to find out when they will return it, the employee who handled the sale did not respond to me again, I was very disappointed.

The visit to Concha y Toro Winery was simply incredible.
The guide is super attentive in showing the small details of the grapes that make the best wines.
Not to mention the transfer driver, Mr. Roberto, how very kind and attentive to us.
To the entire Apredni team traveling through Chile, you are excellent! Super attentive and helpful.
I highly recommend it!
