Amazing experience!! Rick was my captain and he was very knowledgeable and made us comfortable the entire experience. The massage was a 10/10! Rick also took our pictures and gave us the opportunity to purchase drinks and food prior to the start of the excursion. Simpson tours provided transportation. The van was very clean and he also provided free wifi. I would definitely book with this company again.

The rafting was an amazing experience. Our captain C4 was friendly and had a great time with us. If i could rate the experience 12/10

It was a great day today on the great river
Our captain was great going down the river we had coconut jelly pineapple we also had Jamaican rum punch the scenery was beautiful the foot massage was good definitely would do this again thanks

The driver and captain were excellent. However, the actual raft experience was not very long.

The foot massage was half the time. A lot of visiting among the captains.

Many others were drinking, smoking and partying a bit. I was hoping for a relaxing time. It was enjoyable, but whole experience when you take in the cost was not great.

Tip expectation for massage, captain and driver and the $60 excessive weight fee made our morning over $280, and I had a discount when booking.

I feel like we should have played dumb regarding excessive weight. There were several other groups larger and heard them talking about weight limits. I hope they didn’t try to charge them afterwards.

I also booked with a CC, but would not take it for the excessive weight fee.

Pieces were good, but unable to rate higher than average.

This tour was a very relaxing memorable experience. The guides were extremely friendly and took care of us. Unique feeling all around. We found the perfect spot to pull the raft over in order to have that magical PROPOSAL that awaited the bride to be ! Great all around, would highly recommend.

Simpson was so nice! He arrived on time and the van was clean and smelled good. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I traveled with my mother and she has a knee injury and cannot do strenuous activities. Simpson was patient, accommodating and made the experience a breeze. The rafting was relaxing and our captain was very nice. We ate jerk chicken while rafting and took lots of pictures. Overall a great experience! I recommend them!

Big mix up with hotel and booking. They were willing to reschedule but never mentioned it until I booked with another company so therefore we lost out on our money. My advice don’t book unless in person.
