Spend the day in Snæfellsnes National Park, often described as “Iceland in Miniature” for its diverse scenery. You’ll see the mossy Berserkjahraun and Grundarfjörður fishing village where Kirkjufell mountain rise from the green hills, surrounded by trickling rivers.
Our next stop is at Djúpalónssandur, beautiful black lava stone beach to gaze at the rugged cliffs before heading on to the village of Arnarstapi. Where you have a breathtaking view to the Snæfellsjökull glacier, a famous site, primarily due to the novel Journey to the Center of the Earth, in which the protagonists find the entrance to the center of the earth on Snæfellsjökull.
The day would not be complete without an Icelandic home-cooked meal along with some local interaction

Carlos G, our driver/guide from EastWest.is was knowledgeable and with a good sense of humor. He is also an excellent driver.
The lunch at the local farm was delicious.

Very good guide, with good stories and knowledge about the peninsula and iceland in general. And we drove past at least as many beautiful spots as we stopped at, so its definately a place to revisit again with a rental car

This was a fantastic tour. It was an incredible day seeing beautiful, mysterious places with an AMAZING tour guide Petra!! Petra made this tour special- her knowledge, wit, and stories were great! She was attentive and fun and went out of her way to take beautiful pictures of us at various locations. She is by far the best tour guide Ive had on my 2 trips to Iceland. Thank you Petra for an unforgettable experience!!

Petra was our guide for this trip and she was absolutely amazing. She not only pointed out amazing points in the landscape but she told us all kinds of interesting stories, myths and legends, which made the whole trip so much more interesting. The scenery was beautiful and the bus was a comfortable ride. The meal at the end was delicious and really hit the spot at the end of a long day!!! I would 110% recommend this tour to anyone who wants to do something a little different.

This trip was amazing! Petra was our guide—she was funny, very personable and knowledgeable! She would help the group take the best pictures. The end of the day we tee treated to a home cooked meal which was DELICIOUS! I would definitely recommend this trip to everyone!

Petra was my tour guide, she was incredibly knowledgeable about Iceland, and Icelandic culture. She was a very intuitive guide that took care of everybody, and played some lovely Icelandic music perfectly complimenting the scenic journey back after what was a very educational and active day. She made sure everyone had the regular breaks throughout the day and was kind enough to go the extra mile for people. I couldn't thank her enough for such a decent experience and I really wish her the very best on the rest of her journey. Mr.Biriah

It was a very pleasant day. We made multiple stops to see amazing sights. Trip was well organised and dinner tasty, we could also see horses. Gulli was very good guide. I would recommend this trip.
