We have designed this tour to provide you with a very challenging and rewarding hike, followed by visits to some of our favorite local beaches. These beaches include a lookout over Makapu'u Beach and a visit to the legendary shorebreak beach, Sandy's! This is an active day along our guides' personal favorite part of the island. This is also one of our most popular excursions among our backpacker guests!

At first, I hesitated several times to book this trip. But I gave myself a go because I wanted to say 'well done'.
When I did it, it was less difficult than I expected (though it might not have seemed like it), and the reward was even greater. I was really grateful that our guide, CJ led us so well, and when we were struggling, he gave us praise and courage in his calm voice.
The sightseeing that followed like a bonus after hiking and the relaxation on the beach were very precious.
It is a small group tour, you get to meet and talk to great ppl from all around the world. Thank you everyone. I highly recommend you take this tour. Worth it!

What an amazing tour, CJ was a fantastic host, used some great ice breakers to loosen everyone up which made the day thoroughly enjoyable. The food recommended was delicious- I won’t say what it was here because spoilers. I slept well that night! Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really enjoyed the hike up Koko head and the different beaches. CJ was a great guide and also helped take group photos. Highly recommend!

I went on the Koko Crater tour. CJ was an awesome tour guide—knowledgeable about the area, gave us tips and advice on other things to do and kept it interesting with stories from all his experiences. Also had the best poke dish of my life thanks to CJ's recommendation. I didn't go on any of the other tours, but I'm sure they are just as great! Highly recommend booking a tour with Aloha Paradise!

CJ was a great tour guide making the whole experience super fun and comfortable as a solo traveller! The Koko head tour was so much fun and even though the hike was brutal, seeing the views and swimming in Halona Cove and seeing a turtle made it well worth while!

CJ was a wonderful tour guide! He was very funny and patient with us when we needed a break on the hike. I came alone, but I met amazing people who were also traveling solo. It was the best day!

Our tour was amazing, all the locations were well worth visiting. As someone who had never visited Hawaii before, this was a great way to check out some must-see places with a tour guide that knows their way around. Our tour guide, CJ, was awesome. Always provided some background and knowledge on what we were doing. Also kept the energy positive on the challenging Koko Head hike to start the day. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Oahu.

Best ride so far in Hawaii. The beaches are fantastic and the hiking it’s insane. I loved and recomend for anyone that came to Honolulu.

CJ was awesome, lively, had great stories and a educational guide. The tour was well ran, the hike was strenuous, but soooo worth it. The beaches were beautiful and we got to see a monk seal 🦭 basking in the sun.
