First, I need to say the Volcano National Park is beautiful in its own way. Kaylan was an awesome guide. He started off by making sure we felt comfortable on the bikes. He was very patient with us the whole time. Everywhere we went, he made sure we were safe explaining things to us and making sure cars acted appropriately. He was very informed about Hawaiian history and told a beautiful story concerning Hawaiian mythology. Kaylan was very informed about the history and function of the volcanoes. He told us
things in a very clear but passionate way. I could tell he really enjoyed giving us all this information. Kaylan made our tour very enjoyable. Thank you Kaylan

The guide Tylor was excellent! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The e bike tour itself was fun, and we saw everything that we wanted to at the Volcano National Park.

Our tour guide Tyler was very friendly and knowledgeable about the park and surrounding area. My wife was a little worried about riding an e-bike, but they were very user friendly and we both had a blast.

Great tour of Volcanoes National Park with Kaylon. He was energetic knowledgeable, personable & always attentive to each of us in the group. We are retired & had minimal experience with e-bikes yet with Kaylin’s instructions & guidance with felt very confident.

Cool. temperatures, wind and rain are the norm on the volcano. Best you heed advice to bring warm clothes, rain gear or ponchos at minimum. Regardless of weather—this tour was outstanding! Our guide, Tylor, was excellent in describing history of volcano, park and fauna—and took good care of us. We navigated mix of off-road trails and park roads and were able to access areas off limits to cars allowing us to get much closer to the crater than most any visitor. All park highlights included in the tour. Of course the fat tire e-bikes are a load of fun too! Well worth the cost and drive from Kona Coast.

Just a ton of fun, tour guides are safety, conscious and super friendly, Toor is top-notch, seeing all the sites, and very fun to do on the bikes which have a lot of power and make biking easy for all abilities levels
