Jacqueline is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. With competence, professionalism and passion she told us about Spanish history and managed to make us love Madrid.
For example, we visited the Prado museum with her and visited the masterpieces of the greatest painters such as Bosch, Goja, Velázquez, Caravaggio we appreciated the painting techniques and secrets of the great masters.
With Jacqueline we spent 3 days doing all the tours, (including Toledo) I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to visit Madrid.

Our guide Jolanda (whom we thank again) was exceptional, friendly and engaging. Excellent tour through the streets of the center and then to the Prado.
We had a great time, so much so that we then booked the same guide for the visit to the royal palace.
Highly recommended, we will keep in touch even in the event of a return to Madrid
