Our driver was friendly and efficient. I liked that he attempted to contact us in various ways to make sure we knew where to meet. We had delays getting off the plane and claiming our luggage, which made the various attempts to reach us reassuring. Highly recommend.

We arrived on time but our luggage took a while to come up. It was past the hour they gave us. They were very patient and worked with us through the process. Although it was not our fault, they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

Our driver didn’t know where our hotel was. Dropped us off and said walk one minute and hotel on the left but he didn’t know where he was. We ended up having to walk about 10 min after we had to Google our own directions.

We met our Driver Asim at the at our prearranged meeting location without difficulty. He welcomed us and assisted with our luggage. His van was large enough to accommodated our party of six adults. He was very professional and friendly describing various points of interest along the route to our hotel.

Our airplane was delayed by one hour but Rideclassy tracked our flight and was there to pick us up in a timely manner and delivered us to our hotel safely. Great job, Hassan!

i had an overnight flight to barcelona and was scheduled to land at 645. the guy didnt show up until 7:15. the whole reason i used viator was to have someone waiting for me so i could get out of there and to the hotel quickly so that was pretty frustrating. once he got there he was very nice but i wouldnt recommend

Driver's behavior is ok, but he dropped us off at the car parking floor. From there we had to come departure floor by elevator and using the long route with help of others. Initially I requested to drop off in the departure floor, he replied that that system is not avaiable in Barcelona Airport. Everybody is using the car parking floor to come departure floor. I was wondering how he can speak like this. When I came in departure floor, noticed later that so many taxis and cars are coming directly to the departure floor, which is easier to come with luggage. I am disappointed here. Others are ok. Please arrange to drop off at departure floor for other guests so that they will not suffer any problem like us.

Good safe drivers, very comfortable automobile, interaction with driver, helpful with bags and getting us to our destination. I will use again.
