What a great day at the waterfalls of Damajagua. Be prepared for a hike but the guides were really accommodating with rest breaks for people of all ages and abilities in our group. We didn't see all the waterfalls. We started the sliding and jumping experience at #7. It was a perfect place for a half day experience. Lunch was authentic in a buffet style. Reuben was our driver. He had a sign and greeted us right outside the cruise terminal. He was very nice and looked out for us through the whole process. We would do it again!

Our tour with Francisco was really fun. The guys at the zip line and waterfalls were amazing, supportive and helpful. Jumping into the pools from so high up was exciting and sliding down the chutes was cool. The team on the zip lines were very careful and it was completely safe. The lunch was super tasty. Would do again!

Frainy was a great host and helped us avoid some of the frustrations of traveling with a big group. Did the ziplines which was an additional cost and a decent hike, but well worth it when you get to finally zip down to the waterfalls and jump in. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Frainy is a good honest dude and the guys at the waterfall park look after the guests. As a non swimmer i was always looked after even when diving through waterfalls.
Only tip would be agree start and return points and get the guides cell phone number to communicate with once your cruise arrives in puerto playa.
Would recommend.

We were very happy about this tour with Frainy, our tour guide, among all other same tours available even offered by our cruise ship. Frainy personally took good care of us, especially we confused the port where we arrived, because our cruise line gave us a wrong port information. However he arrived to pick us up early at the port, and there was another couple did the same. We were only 4 of us in a cozy van, instead of a large group with a bus. The tour is a definitely a must-have experience in Dominican Republic!!

It was a fun experience! Beautiful scenery and several fun zip lines and waterfalls to jump from. Be prepared for a descent walk. Don’t recommend for elderly or anyone with physical issues.
