Haitham was a great guide and host - he arrived promptly with water and snacks and lots of information about Petra. He was flexible in terms what how I wanted to spend the time and he offered lots of suggestions on the way there and back and I enjoyed our conversations during the trip. Recommended.

I recently traveled to Jordan and had Ramzi as my guide. The entire trip was smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Ramzi is an excellent guide. I did a one day trip to Petra. I can really recommend it. My tour guide and driver Haitham was really good in communication, support, driving, punctuality and giving me all the necessary information so I can have a great experience during my trip. We had a great time during this tour! Our pick up process was timely and seamless and they even accommodated adding two other passengers to our tour last minute. Our guide, Mustafa made sure to explain every step and walk us through the whole day. We felt very safe and taken care of throughout the trip. Mustafa went out of his way to take our priorities for the day into account and gave us advice based on our goals. We had the perfect amount of time to explore Petra without it feeling too exhausting. Mustafa made sure we got a taste of local flavor from a local Petra cook that made us a delicious meal. The drive was steady and we were even able to catch some sleep on the drive from and to Wadi Rum. Petra and wadi rum themselves are beautiful and a must see if you’re in Jordan. Overall, highly recommend!

All I can say is wow! Safwat was amazing. He drove us very carefully to Petra. We enjoyed 5 hours there to explore. Once we came out he was there waiting with some water. We then went to Wadi Rum which was an amazing experience. Sitting in the bed of the truck (seats made) and driving around until sunset. It’s all we could ask for and more.
