Omar our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. He kept the tour fun and exciting. The distillery was great and so was the food. I’d highly recommend this tour. I am still waiting on my photo package so that took a little longer than I expected it to

Unfortunately our tour was horrible! The tour did not start at 9 am as the tour times stated then it tòok over 1 hour for all passenger pickups which further delayed the tour to start after 10 am And then we still had a 2 hour travel time to the costal scenery for lunch and tequila tasting. The tour was literally too long and we only were able to tour a very small area of Puerta Vallarta. We did not join the group to finish the tour considering the time frame and we had made other plans expecting the tour to end at 3pm. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this tour.

We arrived at our pickup place 15 minutes early. We had received a text message stating that the 'van' was ready. A young man met us there and said the 'bus' would be there in a few minutes. A short time later he received a phone call. We were told," The bus has already left. They can't take you because there is not enough room for your scooters." I had informed them ahead of time that our scooters fold up to about the size of a medium suitcase or full size stroller, and was told there would be no problem. We will never recommend this company!

Wonderful tour. Guide was one of the best I've ever had .was a pleasant day many sites .distillery was a lot of fun.pick up was easy and on time I would di this tour again.

Really enjoyed the distillery. The stop at the chocolate “factory” and the leather shop were so not necessary. Feels like they must be getting a kick back from these stores.

This tour was not good. It was scheduled for a 9:00 pickup, which was pushed to 9:40. Then it was pushed to 10:10 waiting for another party to arrive. At the end of the day, we had to run to our ship as it was leaving in 3 minutes. Our first stop was to a jewelry store where we wasted an hour. How this is a city highlights tour is beyond me. Then we were driven for an hour down the coast to a coffee demonstration which took 5 minutes and an additional 45 minutes to shop for....coffee....another city highlights? Then we were driven up a very bumpy dirt road to a tequila factory where we were given a tequila tasting. Lunch was not included, but we had to wait for those in the group who paid $70+ for lunch. After driving an hour back to the city, we were taken to a church and given 15 minutes to shop in town. Don't take this tour if you want to see the city!

Omar was such a fun and knowledgeable guide. I did not like the price of lunch at all ….was not expecting to pay $60 for one person and a tip on top of that , plus the meal was not that great, too expensive for what we got.
90% of the time was excellent

Daniel our tour guid made the tour exceptional. The information we received about Puerto Vallarta and Mexico was delivered in an informative and entertaining way. Couldn't have asked for anything better!
I personally had a wonderful time on the city funtastic tour of Puerto Vallarta . The van was very comfortable.
We visited the town of Puerto Vallarta. Daniel recommended restaurants and other things to come back and do on our own. We visited local stores for demonstrations and shopping:
Candy store was a delicious place
Gold and silver jewelry making was very interesting. My husband surprised me with a gorgeous ring for our anniversary
Leather production.
We went to a tequila making factory and presentation and sampled many flavors. All were amazing so were the staff. Ended up with a few bottles which we’ll take back home as souvenir.
Animal sanctuary and meal overlooking a river. I would have loved to spend more time with the animals though. Food was great, and the prices were very reasonable.
There was limited time for shopping at other places which was not part of the tour. But I got a great feel for the town and what we could do when we return on our own. What a fun day!
