Highly recommend this tour even though there were hiccups with road closures at the time. I would like to Single out the green bus driver Mr Kestutis (ID 4503), who went out of his way to make sure we had a very enjoyable experience.

Really enjoyed it. Took the one day tour plus the Cruise ride. Very satisfying, the audio didn't work perfect but the service was nice

The comments are full of personal anecdotes that don't interest us at all. The cruise is only one way. You have to pay again to return to the starting point. Buses do not operate in the evening.

We booked the three day tour figuring we could use it to both get around and get an informative tour. The Green Route is not super interesting, it took about an hour. Yellow Route is better, it hits all the main highlights, it’s 2 hours. Never got to do the blue route because the bus never came, we waited for 25 minutes and would have had to wait for 25 minutes more. On the Yellow and Green ones the bus kept stopping for 5 or so minutes, I think to space themselves out from the bus in front of us, it was super annoying. The recorded audio guide isn’t great, I felt like I kept missing stuff or didn’t know where I was supposed to be looking. If you’re going to do it just book a one day and do the yellow one, ideally on your first day so you can get situated. Otherwise, just use regular buses and the tube to get around. Also, the app is hard to figure out how to navigate, I kept having to go back and forth between the app and the website to find route details and times.
Definitely felt we wasted our money on this one.

Great tour and audio guide. Good options for routes too. Buses very regular so low wait times at stops. Highly recommended.

The bus had leaks in the roof such that it was raining inside the bus and the only seats available that were not wet due to the rain were facing the middle of the bus, not facing a window. There was also no air circulation. My family and I had to just sit and get wet so that we could look out the window.
I contacted customer service and their response was that they couldn't control the weather. They clearly have no interest in fixing the structure of the bus. I even included photos and videos to demonstrate the leaks. I'm unable to attach the videos to this review.

Fantastic. Highly recommended. We travelled from Australia and got a 48 hour pass. 90 percent of drivers were BRILLIANT, really went out of their way to make sure we knew where we were going and were tremendously friendly.
Highly recommended.

The buses have poor audio quality and the audio content is basic and uninteresting.
We waited 25 minutes for a bus and saw 15 BigRed busses come in that time.
We asked tootbus representatives for help and they literally walked away while we were talking because they were just interested in selling more tickets.
We would not use this service again but would recommend the big red bus as the busses are more frequent and the have much more room available on the bus.
