Charles was a well/informed and very pleasant guide! He had so many stories to tell about the area! He also spoke clearly and loudly enough for us seniors to hear !

Our tour guide was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable & he had a unique sense of humor. Miss Kentucky (the horse) was beautiful, well mannered & obedient. This was an excellent experience.

I would not recommend this tour. We were told by the coach driver we would have time for pictures and that didn’t happen. He overly spoke and didn’t take us where we were suppose to go. We didn’t get a full hour either. Avoid this one completely. I wrote to them and they didn’t care to address my issue or concerns. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

What a wonderful way to see this old city. We learned about the history, folklore and magic that makes up New Orleans. We took the hour tour and it was worth every penny.

Mark and Rancher were wonderful. We really enjoyed our ride. Mark was also very informative. I would definitely do this again. It was a bit cold but the carriage has blankets.

I booked a tour for 30 people during my son’s wedding weekend. Randy and Liz could not have been more accommodating. All of the tour guides were exceptional. It was a highlight of the weekend. Everyone was thrilled with the experience! I highly recommend booking through Royal Carriages.

This is a great tour. Our guide Mark made it happen for us by squeezing us in on one of his tours and advocating for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, made every effort to be heard and added his own humour to make it an enjoyable experience. The one hour tour is the best way to go!!!
