We ABSOLUTELY loved this experience! We started out by going to the wrong train station for the meet up and Alfredo sent a taxi to get us and bring us to the group at the correct place! Such amazing hospitality was shown from the start. Nico was an AMAZING guide, personable and knowledgeable and just super engaging! The people at the vineyard are obviously proud of what they do and they love sharing that with people. The cooking class was SO MUCH FUN, and I now feel confident I can go home and make homemade pasta! The grounds are stunning, we got lots of pictures and got to taste the vineyard’s prized wines and olive oil. Once we made our pasta the chefs turned it all into a delicious lunch! 10/10 and I would return again to see these beautiful people when I’m back in town.

The location and wine was perfecto, and Pedro made making pasta so much fun. We will all be making pasta regularly when we go home. Michelle was an excellent host, and the owners musical entertainment at the end was a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend for anyone to do this experience.

This is a simply wonderful experience. Who knew making pasta from scratch was so accessible? The train ride from Termini is cheap as chips with lots of lovely views (look out for the aqueduct park - well worth a visit in its own right), the views at the winery are stunning and the buildings are amazing. Fabrizio the chef really knows his stuff and it was fun having him speak Italian (although his English is way better than my Italian) while Luca translated. The wines are lovely and it was great to be able to sit outside in the sun and enjoy them with a bit of bread and cheese. Lunch was the pasta we'd made topped with Fabrizio's sauces with lots of Minardi wine and we then gatecrashed a party of young Americans on what I believe they call a bachelorette party! That was at Alfredo's insistence by the way, we'd never have been so bold :) Alfredo's a pretty fine guitarist so we all had a sing song with our American friends then it was time to go. We had a couple of beers in Frascati waiting for the train back to Rome and enjoyed the views from a bar we'd patronised a couple of years previously. Everyone in our party of eight thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we'd do it again in a heartbeat.

WOW! Stunning location owned by a very welcoming family, especially Alfredo. Well organised transport and instructions to get there. Fun and interesting pasta making with Fabizio plus lovely lunch (and amazing wines). Their olive oil is to die for. And Paola is simply hilarious. We could've easily stayed longer and it was my favourite day out in Italy.

What an amazing experience this was.
One of the best in our life.
First of all, we had a wonderful tour leader who greated us at the train station together with one of the owners of the Vineyard.
The actual pasta experience with the cheft, was top notch.
We did indeed learn how to do 3 types of pasta, which was amazing and ate a big meal afterwards.
It was worth it and I fully recommend it to anyone wanting to go out abit from Rome, just a 30min ride by train.
Keep it up guys!

This was one of the highlights of my experience in Italy! The staff was very accommodating, and informative, and gave a great wine-tasting/pasta-making experience! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit a winery close to Rome.

A fantastic tour where you learn how to make three different pasta dishes and at the same time taste wines. Have been on both a pasta tour and a traditional wine tour and both are great fun with lovely guides. The best wine tour I have ever been on (and have been on several in several different countries).
