Wonderful experience! Wish the lines in the Crown Jewels were more controlled indoors as it was a bit mobbed

Our Beefeater was very good but our tour was cut short by rain. We also had trouble with tall people stepping in front of my short wife.

Really cool experience. We learned a lot. Our tickets from Viator actually weren’t working and Viator was less than helpful with the entire situation. Luckily, the wonderful staff let us in even though the Viator ticket was coming up with an error code. 10/10 recommend visiting the Tower of London.

the guides need to carry a flag or say who they are you couldnt find guide any where ….. so disappointing felt like i wasted my money

Absolutely worth every penny! Bought the tickets online through TripAdvisor app on my phone so this could not have been any easier. Was able to just arrive and get in the queue which did not last very long (we had a 9:30am ticket time). The experience is a must for a London visit! So much history, which must never be forgotten, and those responsible have done an amazing job at maintaining and conveying the stories behind this most significant piece of London/Britain. Oh, and if you can, get in with Beefeater Simon! He's amazing!

Armor, horseback sets, weaponry. All the examples of that were awesome. The only issues were the group for the tour is entirely too large.
