Can’t be a competitor if there is multiple of the same story sir !!!!
On the afternoon of March 17,2024 Mr.Orvil picked us up from getting prepared for my friends wedding . There were 6 women on board we were prepared for a wonderful time ! Mind you 6 beautiful women in heels and dresses . Mr. Orvil provided no assistance with climbing on board, we had an elderly with a cane , and very pregnant lady . To get in to the bus the steps are very high off the ground and very tall steps up . Started off already very unprofessional.
The ride to pick up the groomsmen was 15 minutes away …. And BOY DID HE ROCK OUR WORLD ! No patience for the speed bumps , turns , or stops ! We rode around for sometime confused . Until finally the boss called and began threatening to terminate our ride if more money was not paid. Our party had no problem with paying the waiting fee, the company made it impossible to do that and put us out at the second destination. Moral of the story they completely delayed us , stranded us , and scammed us .

This company in fact put our bridal party out the vehicle even though the booking was paid for because “waiting for groomsmen for an hour” I don’t know why the time allotted wasn’t just billed to card on file. We were polite and compliant and also offered to pay balance with a new card. Mind you, I’m 7months pregnant. The driver offered me no assistance getting on or off bus. I’ve booked limo and Party bus services before several times in the past and never experienced a service like this. They are scammers.

Great service - was contacted a couple days before arrival to confirm and also got texts when the driver was on his way. Very spacious and lots of fun!! Orvil was very nice.

The kids loved their Dreamride experience! Booked a special celebration for my son's 13th birthday. Miguel, our driver, was awesome! He even helped us decorate inside. We will definitely be using Dreamride again! So much fun!!!!!

Miguel was the MVP! Hurricane Nicole didn't stop us from celebrating! he did an amazing job. We were taken to Miami for my sister 30th birthday. Had dinner at Versace Mansion and then headed back home. He was very profession while he wrangled 10 of us on and off the bus! TOO MUCH FUN!

We sent our kids to their high school homecoming dance and used DreamRide and their 14 person Sprinter bus. The kids loved it. The lights, the music the seating. The bus was a hit. Brian, our trusted driver was on time and was ready and available when the kids decided to leave the party a little early. We truly appreciate him accommodating them. He got them home safe and happy which is all a parent wants. Price was on par with other places but for us, the customer cannot be beat. Thank you for keeping our kids safe and letting them feel like grown ups for a night.

I really enjoyed my night out!! This is the best limo service in Fort Lauderdale.. I highly recommend using these guys!!! Biggest thanks goes to the driver “Destouche” for being so kind, so patient and so understanding🥰🥰🥰. This was by far the best experience ever!!!!

This will be a little long but honest. First I will start with the pros. The company is very good with communicating. The bus was very clean and up to date. The LED lights and tv are stylish and help set the ambiance. Also, the driver arrived on time and was dressed sharp. The appearance is top notch. I would recommend for these things. Overall it was a great experience.
Now for the Cons… my feedback has more to do with the company policy then the service. As soon as the driver arrives they tell you they can’t leave without being paid. It’s not a horrible thing, but it definitely comes off a bit aggressive. Also, we needed the bus for an extra hour and we knew it will be an additional fee, but they was an extra $30 charged for that hour and again when we boarded the bus to return back the driver asked for his money before our return trip. Again, it felt s bit distasteful. As a customer service based company I would think it would be fine to charge for extra hours but charge at the rate the customer was booked for not extra. Lastly, they did say they will price match a written quote for s similar vehicle and when I provided them with a quote that was $175 cheaper and a bigger bus they simply said the bus is not the same style and there is better. I went with them because I did like the LED features as this was for s kids party. Still the bus was a party bus and bigger in size and they advertise they will price match but they don’t!
Overall, again the service was prompt, clean, elegant and the driver was nice! Just prepared to pay as soon as they arrive and if you make any changes to time be sure to have your money up front!! Lastly, they are not going to price match so don’t believe that part.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
Initially, The gentleman that answered the phone to take my reservation was pleasant, I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he sent me a contract that I signed. The day of my event the party bus that showed up was not what I asked for.
I asked for them to swap the wrong bus for the one I asked for and he began yelling at me and hung up!! So, Instead of fixing my problem he chose to blame it on me ........
AND DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!!
YES, HE CHARDED ME DOUBLE!!
DO. NOT. TRUST . THIS. COMPANY!!!!
Also ask if they are hiring a third party because the third party usually has no clue about your event.
They ruined the beginning of a weekend of fun.
Best part, I disputed the charge on my credit card and got refunded because this company is a fraud!!!
Of Course no apologies or contact from DreamRides, bc they tried to ROB ME!!!
Ugh, look for another company!!
