Nicklos was an excellent guide. He explained the history on the way. He was very knowledgeable. We met up with Alex again from our Poseidon tour. It was a very friendly tour.

Alex was an excellent guide from LS tours. He made our tour unforgettable. Delphi was an amazing experience; far beyond what we expected. The museum was well done; hard to believe so many works survived to be excavated relatively recently.

We had only a few days in Athens and we really wanted to visit Delphi. However, we don’t really like to go with a bunch of people (tour buses) to visit places plus I have some nausea issues when riding in a bus and I read the road was full of curves. We opted for this private tour and we are so glad we splurged on it. Alex was our driver and he was really pleasant, gave us recommendations that probably saved our trip to Acropolis that we did after on our own. Alex is also a great driver, I’m the driver back home and I get very nervous with riding with other people. Me and my partner feel asleep with him driving because we felt safe. While you cannot escape the hoards of people at the site’s & museum, you can enjoy a private trip to Delphi with a good company. We are so happy we chose this tour and we are so grateful Alex was our guide, it made all the difference. Thank you so much for everything Alex 💙🤍🇬🇷

Dimitri and his brother took us to Thermopylae and Delphi. Lots of good information was given esp at Thermopylae since there is only a small museum with a short informational video and a room with interactive screens. I learned more from Dimitri. When it came to Delphi, we were dropped off to explore the museum and the ruins ourselves— which honestly was great to do at our own pace. So if you’re expecting a private tour at Delphi, you will not get one and will need to explore on your own.

The suv was comfortable and great for the long drive. I would recommend this tour for someone who enjoys history and wants to avoid the large bus tours. For me, it was worth the price!

Just transportation to and from Delphi with a stop en route at the site of the Battle of Thermopylae (even though the battleground itself is under some. 20 meters (66 feet) of earth). It is not a guided tour, but being able to explore the archaeological ruins and the Museum of Delphi on your own time makes the trip really worthwhile.

The drive is long, several hours each way, and the route provides excellent samplings of the Greek landscape. Because of the length of the trip — 5-1/2 to 6 hours total, having a nice, engaging driver is very important.

We really enjoyed the day trip to Delphi with Christos. He was terrific!

Everything went very smoothly — which is very important for people who are new to Greece and don’t speak the language.

Christos arrived on time and the trip went very smoothly. We really enjoyed talking with him and learning from him. We greatly appreciated the fact that Christos watched out for us each drop of the way, too, from when we were crossing a highway at Thermopylae to navigating in Delphi. He was attentive and cheerful throughout the day.

In all, we had a wonderful trip, and much of the credit for that goes to Christos.

The tour operator, Panos, also deserves mentions here. He contacted us and made sure that everything was well coördinated and on track. Our change of address (pick-up point) in Athens posed no problems whatsoever. It was handled easily and smoothly.

Vasilis showed up 5 minutes early. A total plus. He is very knowledgeable man of Greek history. If he did not know the answers to questions asked, he was honest about it. We could not have asked for a more kind, generous guide. He is someone that we would have enjoyed knowing as a person. Thank you Vasilis.

Great to see countryside beyond Athens. Great driver—George Remoundos—friendly, good driver, and informative—we also appreciated our guide at Delphi—Georgia—very warm and well-informed about the site. She made sure we got the highlights. My only criticism is that we didn’t get much out of the side trip to Thermopylae. If we had understood the extra time involved in going to see a plot of ground with a statue, we would have asked George to skip it ( or booked a trip to Delphi only).
