You will be transported via the scenic route to Fort Montague to catch a short 20 min boat ride to Rose Island. Upon arrival at the beach, you'll be greeted by the calm nature of the property. After walking up the path way, you'll be greeted by warm clear water, inviting you to rush in. You can sit back and relax on one of our beach chairs, or enjoy a nice view of the waterfront. A pig show is held, at which time you can interact with the pigs. feed them, pet them etc. After all the fun is done, you can visit the bar for a nice cool drink, or by the shack for some good Bahamian food. Come and visit us for the best beach day ever.

We went able to go because our gangway opened at 9:30 and the trip was at 9. They are refusing to refund our money. So I paid $800 for nothing!

Fun experience! The pigs don't really swim, but you do get very close and are able to feed them. The lunch was better than expected, the drinks are just as pricey as in NYC.
Also, no towels are provided, as stated in the listing, make sure you bring your own.

From beginning to end this was the best experience in Nassau!! Captain of boat set tone with music, Rose Island has wonderful amenities, lots to do from swimming, kayaking, bouncing on trampoline in ocean, great lunch with many options. All staff friendly, helpful, joking with us. We loved it so much, we went back 2 days later with another tour group - but Viator was best!!

This was not at all what we expected. The worse part was riding back on a ver OVERCROWDED boat that was incredicbly overweight and felt unsafe. I would NOT recommend this trip to anybody.

The beach setting was beautiful and the boat ride over was pleasant. The pigs are bigger than i thought they would be. If you want to "swim" with them you must take the food to the ocean. The largest pig stepped on my daughter's foot and caused a cut and a bruise. The lunch served was mediocre.

Excellent trip for the day! Everyone was so welcoming and pick up was prompt with A/C in the vehicles. The boat you take to the island varies but we had a good trip each way. Be aware there is no bathroom on board so make sure you go before being picked up. Also, bring your own towel as there are none on the island. The island was clean, serene and the pigs did not disappoint! I was expecting a "box" lunch and was pleasantly surprised that it is a cooked lunch options and the food was delicious! Loved the vibe and the bar for drinks. We walked the beach and just relaxed. There's lots of places to hang and just enjoy. Highly recommend this tour company. Good communication throughout and very friendly staff!
