An awesome experience with Shawn in the Gondola cruise. When I booked the gondola I wasnt expecting much, but Shawn and his family made sure that the experience was luxurious. The boat was very fancy with our names on digital displays and with lights. If you are looking for a very romantic experience, WOW Gondola cruise is one of the best

This gondola ride is so much fun! Sean and Elliot are so knowledgeable and entertaining. The sunset gondola ride is relaxing with a beautiful view. We were seated with one other couple, as the gondolas carry up to four people. (Options are available to rent the whole gondola for a private ride.) I highly recommend trying it for a quiet, relaxing end to your day in Waikiki.

The team of WOW did an amazing job of creating a memorable experience for my now fiancee and I in Waikiki. I let them know I wanted to propose to my girlfriend that evening, and they helped make it amazing…and she of course loved it! It was fun, romantic, and a unique experience that I would recommend to anyone!

Had a great time and got to see the sunset from multiple angles on this wonderful gondola ride. The gondolier was funny and told some decent dad jokes. The gondola ride also proved to be very informational on the formulation of Waikiki and the canal in which you traverse.
Overall, this was a phenomenal time, and when the family comes to visit the island, I plan to set this up for them.
there were two couples on the gondola, and the gondolier did a great job, making conversation and introducing everyone and keeping the ride lively.
They provided very affordable and friendly transportation as well. It was not that expensive to go from the other side of Waikiki, all the way to the small boat harbor. Gondo-Larry was the best.
Would have loved to see the gondolier whip out a ukulele and sing a Hawaiian tune. that would really tie in Italian-based experience into the Hawaiian culture.

A truly unique way to experience Waikiki at night. The kind, light-hearted brothers who were our gondolieri made our evening, as did their father, who welcomed us at the beginning and end of our tour.
It was so peaceful floating down the canal, and the occasional serenade by Elliott and Shawn, accompanied by stories (and a few cheesy jokes), along with the delicious tiramisu, made for a great last evening in Oahu.

Beautiful morning ride on the gondola, it was such a different intimate experience. I highly recommend this when visiting Oahu. The gondoliers were funny and interactive will definitely be back ❤️

The company called and asked if we could delay the activity and I agreed. He said it could be delayed up to a half hour. I was walking over to the gondola company in a light rain when they called with concern about the trip because their previous trip got rained on badly. I was 5 minutes away on foot at that time. It started raining harder. I told him that we agree with his concern and will not show up. He offered to reschedule to another date, but we couldn't because we were leaving the island the next day. I requested a refund and they refused, stating that they would give me a credit that I can use if I come back within a few years. This is my first trip to Hawaii and I don't see myself making this far away trip again. They then told me to give it away as a gift. I don't know anyone who is traveling to Hawaii. I asked for a refund and they rejected it - saying they would have gone out on the gondola in the rain and held an umbrella over my head. I don't see how thst would be a pleasurable experience. I only concelled because they called me with the rain concern. Now they refuse to refund. Don't pay for this service....they have no care for their clients, even when they call and share concerns about their own activity.
