Our driver was Lily who was a lovely person, knowledgeable about the region and an excellent driver. She arrived early to our preferred pick-up point and we arrived at the airport in good time. The company was quick to respond to our change of flight and all correspondence was helpful and friendly. Our experience was very positive.

Very friendly driver, took care of all our luggage. There was a lot. Provided bottled water for a very informative drive from the airport to hour hotel.

The driver was more than an hour late although I had given my flight information to the company before hand. I could have called an Uber faster myself upon arrival.

Arrived from ship on time. Cleared immigration quickly. Good communication from driver. Pickup immediately on exit and transferred to airport. Everything very smooth and simple.

We were so thankful our driver waited for us. Between plan parking delays, slow baggage pickup and then customs we were way late for our pickup. The driver and I keep texting ach other updaters so it worked out! What a relief to have him drive us after a 14 hour flight!
