Private Transfer from Naples to Sorrento or Vice Versa

I booked this driver to pick me up at 10pm from the airport.I saw that the driver had responded that he would pick me up at 10AM instead even though I had paid extra for night time transport. I communicated extensively with him through the provided communication but was not met with a response.Then I was given a refund for my booking while I was boarding my flight to Naples. Thankfully I was able to last minute book with day trip so I was not stranded.

Our driver, Francesco was fantastic!! He showed us local spots and went over the history of the places we passed. We missed our train due to lines at the airport and he waited an hour for us. He was kind and courteous. Five-Stars!

Our driver Francesco was there waiting in arrivals with my name on a piece of paper as we walked out of baggage claim. Went straight to a lovely Mercedes van and he drove us straight to our hotel in Sorrento. All went as hoped and planned with no issues. Highly recommend using this company for all your transfer and tour needs. Francesco was a great driver and he had great advice for us when we asked as he knows the area really well. Will definitely be using them again.

I recently had an alarming experience with this driver/company that I feel compelled to share. First, the driver was 15 minutes late, which is unacceptable for a service that advertises punctuality. Once he finally arrived, the ride was far from safe or comfortable. The driver was driving erratically, constantly flashing his lights at cars in front of us in an attempt to move them out of the way and tailgating dangerously close. It felt incredibly unsafe and reckless.

To make matters worse, the car smelled terribly of smoke. It was so overpowering that it made it difficult to breathe and left me feeling nauseous for the entire trip. If that wasn’t enough, the driver was scrolling on Instagram and Facebook, took several phone calls while driving, and wasn't wearing his seatbelt, which was extremely distracting and dangerous.

Unfortunately, this wasn't a one-time situation; I had the same driver on a previous occasion and experienced similar issues. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer comfort and safety is inexcusable. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Driver was great and very friendly. He was there to meet us early and got us where we needed to be on time. Vehicle was also spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. It was my first time flying into Naples and I was worried about the transport to Sorrento and decided on a private shuttle to reduce some of the chaos and stress. It was a seemless experience. Got our bags, and easily found our driver. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and most importantly - a safe driver! Grazi mille!
