Had an amazing evening cruise experience on S & S Charters! Experienced a beautiful sunset on serene waters with cool breezes and treated to a visually spectacular view of DC waterfronts and its landmarks. Captain Shane did a fantastic job and went above and beyond as both navigator and host. His easy-going demeanor led to a smooth and very fun experience on the water. Highly recommend this charter to anyone wanting a similar experience.

Had the best experience with Captain Shane and Chef Nikki that he brought out for private catering! I could tell he loves what he does, and he is super informative about the areas that he took us. I’m a girl who loves taking photos & he knew what spots and what angle was best for a great shot! We saw the Washington Monument, the Wharf, and other interesting parts of DC. My favorite sight to see was when he took us underneath the bridge that had all these red LED lights. Super picture-esque ! He is definitely hip to today’s music and knows how to play some bangers. PS he’s a DJ !! The boat itself was super nice. We got to be on the boat during the day and night. The LED lights on the boat were turned on and had different colors which made the ambiance 100x better. Felt like he brought the club onto the boat!! The chef that he works with, Chef Nikki, prepared so many amazing hors d’ouerves—well seasoned, refreshing, tasty & absolutely delicious !!! Her specialty is Southern Comfort Food. She made us a cute little non-alcoholic cocktail drink that changed colors! (Butterfly Tea Lemonade) 10/10 for food presentation. Captain Shane really knows how to host us. Every little detail of the entire 3hr boat ride was perfected from start to finish. My group arrived a little bit later, but he was super nice and accommodating to our schedules. But try to be punctual because there is a reason why he set the times for you. He is fun and entertaining to talk to, and super nice! Definitely will be booking with him in the future! S & S Charters took us on an amazing sunset cruise last night on the SS CamJoy II, a 6 person 29ft yacht! We left from the Georgetown Waterfront and cruised while the sun set over DC – we got amazing views of the Wharf, National Harbor, memorials and monuments. Captain Shane was a lively and engaging host, all with safety in mind, which is reassuring for those of you that are water weary. Our cruise included a chef that provided delicious bites and you can BYOB so we had some rum punch and sparkling wine. Others brought a cooler with drinks as well. As the sun set, we enjoyed the music, harbor views, cool temps, and even though it was a smaller vessel… we had plenty of room and danced until we docked! Thanks, Captain Shane, for a great night!!!

I had an amazing time on the Chaparral Boats 29ft Premium Yacht with Captain Shane! The boat was in excellent condition and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable ride. We enjoyed cruising around the Georgetown Waterfront while taking in the beautiful views. I would highly recommend this boat to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience on the water!
