The DT Driver was not evident holding a sign with our name to identify him in the terminal 2E public waiting area. Attempts to connect by phone failed and the driver did not respond to several of my texts describing our location and identifying clothing. After 45 minutes of searching, we finally gave up and joined the taxi queue.
However, Tripadvisor has already refunded my fee, and I would sign up again on a future trip if I can be assured that the identification process has been improved.

Driver was not waiting as we arrived. I spoke with him on the phone twice and ultimately he told us which door to come out. We waited outside and he was inside.
Once we got in the car the trip was fine but I booked this ride to make arrival very easy and did not feel it was

DO NOT BOOK!!!!! Terrible, terrible service! I would of given a rating of 0 if I could. By no means is this a luxury car service....the picture on Viator is misleading. Don't bother sending specific instructions, they don't follow them. If you get stuck in customs upon your arrival, which is beyond your control, they don't care. They will take off for a service that you paid for and leave you to fend for yourself.

Our driver met us immediately when we came thru the arrivals area holding a sign with our name on it, and he escorted us to the van and drove us to the hotel. He assisted with luggage too. It was a flawless experience. I highly recommend this service.

Vinny was wonderful! I felt safe and secure and confident that I was in capable hands. He even pointed out some of the landmarks for me as we went by them or at least as they could be seen. He’s a great driver and a wonderful person!!

There were very clear instructions for meeting up with our driver. I was told to go to a particular level and leave through a specific numbered door. Instead he was waiting right past customs, with all these other drivers, and my name was not more than 2 inches big - on his cell phone. Then, between the dispatcher and driver we still couldn't get a specific location to meet - like a door number. He sent a picture of a store he was hanging out near. No description of what he was wearing, no door number to meet by. Plus, I thought that working with tourists, he'd speak more English.

Driver was late; dropped was off in parking lot of airport (we had to ask which way to walk) as we had never been to this airport before and he just pointed and got in van
