This was, by far, the best cooking class ever! I absolutely loved Harriet. She was so down to earth, telling the best stories about her childhood and cooking experiences. It was fun and educational. I really hope to experience another class with Harriet. She was really the best!

This is a must do in New Orleans if you like to cook at all. Very informative and answered any and all questions throughout. Our chef was fun and shared a lot of great history about where the recipes came from along with ways to help you in the kitchen when making each dish. The portions were generous for sampling and we were offered seconds if you wanted. The gumbo was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to go home and try to make it myself! Overall, such a great experience and fun activity!

What a fun demo! 'Gumbo Marie' made the best gumbo I have ever eaten! We are happy to be going home with the recipe to try at home.
