look around 100 of Monet's masterworks. See 'Impression, Sunrise', which gave rise to the Impressionist movement, and his much-loved 'Water lilies'. Also on display are pieces by the likes of Gauguin, Renoir, and Degas, taken from Monet's personal collection.
There is no museum in the world boasts as many Monet paintings as Musée Marmottan Monet. If that wasn't reason enough to go, then its enormous collection of work by other Impressionist icons should be enough to seal the deal!
Access to the popular temporary exhibitions is also included in your Musée Marmottan Monet ticket.

Nice museum but not much in the way of Monets. A lot of Berthe Morisot and fair amount of Napoleonic items. Sisley, Corot, Degas, Caillebotte.

Beware! Cost of skip the line is $22/ ticket. Cost at entrance is $12 per ticket. Other online skip the line compsnies offer much fairer cost for same service.

We have visited several times. This is a very well organized experience. Not just Monet but other Impressionists as well. The building is in a very nice neighborhood, a short walk from the Metro stop. If interested in Impressionist art this is a must visit.

Our prepaid Monet museum tickets were rejected every time scanned. They said it was a scam. We needed to repurchase tickets. I have begun to deny charge with my credit card.

We spent our last sightseeing day in Paris at the calm, quiet, and pleasant Marmottan Monet Museum. It was such a contrast from the awfully long, long lines at Saint Chapelle to which we had paid and booked in advance the day before. Perhaps the long lines were due to Notre-Dame de Paris which is still under construction and therefore tourists flocked to Saint Chapelle. At Marmottan, we found peace and quietude among great works of art.

Unfortunately I tried to use the voucher and it was not able to be used. The staff at the Marmottan didn't recognise the details as legitimate and stated I was scammed. I was really looking forward to going to this museum it was going to be a highlight of my trip and as we had spent considerable money for the two tickets and a taxi to get there I wasn't prepared to fork out more money.

Enjoyed the visit.
Concerned that when I arrived that my ticket had not been confirmed, so the gentleman at the reception displayed frustration at my presentation of the voucher. I am grateful he did let me in with a visitors pass but expected his distress about this.

It wasn’t particularly a busy Sunday, but with the heat in Paris - it was really nice to walk right in for the most sublime Monet exhibit.
