My husband and I really enjoyed seeing the city via etuk-tuk. It’s so much nicer (faster) than walking, and better than driving in a car (since it’s open and can go down narrow streets). I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quick taste of the city.

Tour covered a lot of ground but the driver was terrible. He spoke the whole time, but it felt like he was mostly reading from a script, and we were not engaged. Some of the information was not that interesting, (“this is a restaurant, this is a bar, this is going to be a bar” or “my friend owns this store and he is 75 but looks 60”), or was hard to follow. Focusing on the more significant buildings, rather than just non-stop talking would likely be more engagaging. Also passengers in the back seat could not hear very well. Three main issues that really ruined the experience:
-I don’t know if it is standard policy, but they kept the fondu table in the tuk tuk, even though we were not using it. So three of us were squished to the sides, uncomfortable and had no room for our feet, to make space for unused equipment.
-The driver made several potentially offensive or problematic statements, including that a cupcake store “is only for women” and that the women have to “run the the gym” after eating cupcakes, and that a LGTB club is only open due to “political correctness.
-The driver never suggested stopping to admire a view or take a photo; if you are going to say the “most beautiful view” or the “most beautiful street” is “over there”, you would expect to stop and actually see those views-not just drive by. I understand time is limited, but stopping for a minute or two at the most important/scenic places, would be preferable to just driving up and down seemingly random streets.
(I emailed the company with these concerns, but got no response)

For anyone passing through Spinazzola I recommend a visit to the former. Bauxite mine, a quarry with various shades of red that recalls the colors of the Grand Canyon. Amazing view. Then nearby, the Ponte dei 21 arches, a mid-19th century railway bridge set in uncontaminated nature, is worth a stop. Absolutely worth seeing

We had a great time on this tour. Rob, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and showed us a lot of neat places in Zurich. We had a great time with him.

We had a wonderful experience. The driver was very competent and entertaining. He was on time and very helpful in getting the handicapped passengers on board. We have nothing but praise for him and the entire tour.

The driver, I think he was Marco, made the trip for us. He was so friendly and told us all about Zürich.

It was snowing and freezing cold. We were trying to find out the meeting point for over half an hour!!! The vehicle was small and the protection from the cold non existent.

My husband and my parents did the 90 min Zürich tour. We landed mid morning and weren’t sure if we could make the 1300 time so the company accommodated us to a 1400 start. It was the perfect tour to acclimate to the city. Our tour guide was informative with the history, culture, and fun facts for all. We were even able to stop for an expresso mid tour. The covered cart is perfect since it did start to rain a little. He was able to get us great pics of the town. Would highly recommend this tour to all ages on the first day arriving in Zurich.

Excellent tour. The ride was very comfortable and the driver extremely knowledgeable about the city. Interesting sites. Highly recommended.

We quickly passed things.
Driver was very pleasant but very difficult to understand his English and he was unable to link history together.
A good way for people with mobility issues to travel.
