We unfortunately went in 90 degree weather.
The trip starts with collecting all travellers, visiting a church built in 1520 and then a souvenir shop.
Arrived on a hot day with no cover at the beautiful pyramids. Cannot climb since covid.
Lunch at a buffet restaurant with decent food including salads and fruits.
After this a visit to the Guadalupe Church. Very fascinating.
I'm my group all others were Spanish speakers. Therefore only got some attention in English.

Amazing historical sites. Lovely tour guide and driver. The pyramids are jaw dropping. The Guadalupe Village is fascinating. Lunch was buffet style and delicious. So worth it.

Ursula was knowledgeable, handled the different language speakers well, and nicely had a small loudspeaker so we could all hear. Everything went very smoothly, she was flexible and I learned a learned quite a bit. Would highly recommend!

It is a place where mostly Catholic people attend, during the dates of July and December there are quite a few people since there are pilgrimages and the mornings to the Virgin of Guadalupe, it is a very central place because it is located in Mexico City. outside it there is a souvenir and food market

We enjoyed going to both places but only had 30 minutes at the shrine of our Lady of Guadalupe and I was thinking we would have at least an hour there. As a person of faith, I felt that the guide brought his anti Roman Catholic views to the tour and it was distracting and sometimes inappropriate. The pick up and drop off was extremely disorganized.

Although the overall experience was good, comfortable coach, courteous driver and a well planned day, the guide thoroughly bored us to death.

If you're an archaeology buff, you'll enjoy this trip! I love that it was a small group tour and that there was time to explore on your own... but unfortunately with our group the other members of the group did not pay attention to the tour guide in terms of meet up times. We ended up going very late to lunch because only two of us showed up at the meetup spot at Teotihuacan on time; two more people showed up 20 minutes later, and the rest of the group was nowhere to be seen even 45 minutes after the guide's original meetup time passed. We ended up having to rush through the Basilica part of the tour because we arrived there so late! But all in all, it was worth it. Amazing scenery, great guide, and a great experience that should not be missed for visitors to Mexico City.

Great side trip away from Mexico City if you appreciate history. My guide Victor was awesome. Although designed for small groups up to 15 to 20 people, I just happened to be the only one who signed up for the tour. They honored the same price and I had my own private tour! I wanted to do something interesting before my business trip and this was the perfect outing.

Started the off by getting picked up from the hotel, then the tour proceeded to the basilica do our lady of Guadalupe. Just being there, brings me goose bumps to my skin. The tour guide explained the legend of una Diego. After visiting the Virgen, we continued our adventure to the pyramids. Again, the guide was very knowledgeable in giving us facts about the tribes from that time.
