In creating this tour we have put together o collection of sights that will bring to life the story of Vlad the Impaler and will take you on a journey of discovery starting with his life, into his time as king and ending with his abrupt and untimely death. Through discovering the places that have a deep connection with historical events that occurred during his lifetime and through a better understanding of the myths that surround his name you will better differentiate between fact and fiction.
During our tour, we will discuss aspects of the Dracula novel and popular fiction but will also include traditional Romanian myths concerning the popular beliefs of a people that is still very much rooted in superstition.
Good company, good food and beautiful scenery complement this tour as you will get a chance to discover parts of both Wallachia and Transylvania and get to know its people and its culture. And we have packed all this excitement in three days of fun and free time just for you.

What I was able to see was beautiful and met my expectations, but the trip was a disaster from beginning to end. The pick-up was delayed by several hours due to car and guide changes. I was unable to visit Peles Castle (currently closed for renovations), the Transfagarasan Road was closed due to avalanches, and the Old Princely Court was also closed due to renovations. The driver was unprepared and unprofessional. I recommend booking with another operator and to clarify the itinerary prior to travel.

The tour was awesome and both the guide and the driver offered exceptional service and hospitality. The tour was very well organized and I got to see some of the most amazing sights in Romania.

Our tour was amazing, especially the Romanian food and the beautiful scenery. The inclusions (food and entrance tickets) are very useful as you can focus more on the actual experience.
