My most memorable part of the experience was standing with my party like spare parts at the main entrance slowly realising I’d been scammed.
The guide did not show up, there was ZERO communication from them.
However, Viator have been outstanding and already secured my refund so that’s something.
Do yourself a favour, do not book this scam tour.

The experience starting with the tour guide showing up late and not where the instruction mentioned to her not having the clarity to deliver the tour or knowledge was bad

Guide never showed. Viator couldn’t even get them to answer phone. Viator tried to help and was very good on their end. They are processing a refund for it.

Our guide C was very knowledgeable had great energy and keep us super engaged!! He covered all areas of the museum.

This tour was canceled 2 hours before the tour. It was rescheduled for the next day. I am on vacation and had other things scheduled the next day. I requested a refund and never heard anything back. Would not recommend.

We (the two of us), were really blessed to have such a one-on-one experience at the Smithsonian with our very knowledgable tour guide, Rochelle. She absolutely gets two thumbs up! Thanks Rochelle…job well done! ~Santa & his Elf!

Guide was great, was able to navigate us through the museum and hit the high points and show us some cool smaller missed things.

The Smithsonian has always been a place of absolute awe to me. Still to the day it makes me feel like a little little child. Our tour guide Nur was amazing and filled the experience with great stories and questions. A must do

The tour guide I had some remarkable very informative and friendly. As she was showing exhibits she was explaining its history and even had a bit of a joke with us about spiders and stuff. Very lovely lad.

Before our tour started our guide mentioned that guests had complained that they were being taken from exhibit to exhibit and lectured to and so they were trying to change that.
Sadly that’s exactly what I wanted when I signed up for the tour. I wanted new insights and deep history on the exhibits. Instead I was given surface level information I could have glanced from the exhibits themselves along with a lot of personal opinions on things not relevant to the exhibit or that were not nearly as scientific as I would have preferred.
