Amazing! The tour guide/driver was really friendly and knowledgeable about the area and was able to show us multiple places on our journey to the falls, with two stops which allowed us the opportunity to take photos. I highly recommend, you should do it if you are staying in Toronto or thinking of coming to Canada 🇨🇦🍁

Saw quite a few places, and overall liked the experience, but felt it was somewhat rushed, and that made the experience a little uncomfortable.

Had a fabulous time on this tour! Our tour guide/bus driver was Edward/Eddy and he was phenomenal! He was really knowledgeable and really well spoken. You could tell it was his passion. We first went to Niagara on the Lake which was a great small town! Edward told us that they only build their buildings in the Victorian style of architecture. We went into the bakery and there were cinnamon buns that were as big as my head!! Next we headed to a spot where you can look across the water and see a fort that the French built to fight the Americans. We then headed to the whirlpool that was insane. The water was such an incredible blue/green colour. We made it to Niagara Falls at about midday. They are just massive. The water went for as far as you could see and the falls were just thundering by. It was a truly magical sight. We then headed down to the boat trip which was 20 minutes long, very wet and the water was very, very cold !! After the boat we changed our pants that were saturated (I would definitely recommend a change of pants or socks or both depending on what you’re wearing). After the boat trip we went and had lunch and a look around at all the entertainment options. We then decided to walk back along the falls before hopping on the bus and heading back.

The trip itself was very interesting and the driver/ tour guy Felix was excellent. He was knowledgeable with the Canadian history. Felix was also funny and made the trip comfortable. I definitely subject if planning a Niagara Falls trip book this excursion. Great experience.

The tour operator cancelled our tour as the transportation was not suitable for an infant, this was fine, however it has been 3 months and I have still received no refund. I am unable to call to speak to someone as I am in another country so would appreciate someone reaching out to me to arrange the refund they told me I was getting.

Ed was a fantastic tour guide. We had a great time and really enjoyed the tour. The falls are amazing! Ed tried to accompany all guests on his tour and took great care of us. We always had enough time at each step and knew ahead of time what to expect next, which I really appreciated. He is very knowledgeable and made this a very pleasant experience.

The tour guide, Ed, was knowledgeable about the area and shared some interesting historical aspects. He was quite pleasant and friendly and offered helpful dining suggestions. The tour is a good way to see highlights in the area as the research is done for you and you can also avoid the line when purchasing boat tour tickets.
