Our agent was easy to find at the airport and our transport arrived very quickly to take us to our Resort. Our drivers were very pleasant and friendly. The van was clean and in good working condition.

On this trip to Cabo, I had 11 family members. As in the past when it was between 2 and 4 of us, Cabo Airport Shuttle was always on-time, efficient and courteous. It was the same this time with our 11 member family. The van was spotless, our driver was courteous, and he even stopped by the grocery store so that we could get some provisions. I have been, and I continue to be extremely impressed with Cabo Airport Shuttle. They are the best! And, they have very competitive prices! If you are going to Cabo, consider Cabo Airport Shuttle...

Miguel was early! He was safe and efficient, and knew exactly where to drop us for our airline. He offered waters ( we traveled early AM) and he was very friendly. He was also very helpful with our golf bsgs!

We had a trouble-free experience upon arrival under the yellow awning at no. 5. The Cabo Airport Shuttle coordinator identified us by name. Masses of other people seemed to be waiting for group shuttles, so we were very happy to have paid a little extra to get such personal service.
Jaime was a very helpful driver. He answered our questions about the recent history of development in the area. He helped us to choose which grocery store we should visit during out thirty-minute stop on the way to the hotel. That extra 25 dollar option for the grocery run proved valuable because we had fresh fruit and seltzer and baked goods and ceviche and salso and yogurt and tortilla chips and chocolate and wine for our stay.
The pick-up at the hotel to get back to the airport was very prompt and smooth as well. The last thing you want when traveling is anxiety about transportation or delays. From touchdown at the airport through baggage and customs to lunch at the hotel was under ninety minutes and our return trip to the airport was under thirty minutes.

Departure from airport took a little longer than expected, but when we finally departed, the transportation to hotel was awesome. Driver was very nice and beverages were also supplied to us. Departure from hotel was also amazing. Driver was at hotel on time and again, beverages were available to us for free.

So easy! Our flight was moved earlier a few days before and staff were very responsive. We didn't have to wait at all. They had some complimentary beers waiting for us in the van. It was comfortable for 7 adults and our luggage. It couldn't have been easier! The driver was so kind and fun.
