Keytours canceled the morning we were to transfer from ship to airport. They did not offer to help us find transportation. We were left scrambling; too late to use cruise ships transportation. I found transportation via booking.com but we had to wait 3 hours in hot sun and paid an extra $44.83. Do not recommend booking any transportation or transfers through Keytours!

Our driver was waiting for us when we exited the cruise terminal. It was heavy traffic time, but our driver knew the different routes to take to get us to the airport on time. We also got a bonus history lesson about Piraeus and Athens during our drive. We would highly recommend using this company.

Driver was on time and took us to our hotel at the airport safely. This was a taxi vs. a more personal mode of transportation.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE! DO NOT USE!!! Travel agent booked 3 transfers with Viator. Left us stranded day one at the airport for almost 3 hours. Paid for a private service. Got a refund. 2nd transfer went smoothly. 3rd transfer they left us stranded AGAIN. Never showed & refuses to refund us. We are a family with lots of luggage and couldn’t just use a taxi. We needed a van. So disappointed.

We were very happy with this company. The driver was waiting for us on our way to the port and back to the airport. We will use them again in the future.

Driver there a few minutes early, most gracious and helpful. Offered to take the most interesting route to our destination, offering commentary along the way. So much more pleasant than having to take public transportation, will use this service again!

Our driver was so knowledgeable and shared such great insights into Greece and its history geopolitically. His love of Greece was infectious and we felt honored to have that time with our driver to the airport from our cruise.
