What can I say? We had perfect weather which always enhances the experience. The pilot, Jared was so knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour, a fine young man!
The flight was seamless, and gave us a whole new perspective to the magnitude and magnificence of the mountain ranges and glacial lakes.
The Milford Sound cruise was spectacular and we were lucky to see seals and dolphins.
The trip took 4-5 hours in total compared to a very long day on the road or overnight stay. We done both before but the drive was exhausting although very picturesque.

My partner and I did this and loved it, the team at Milford Sound Scenic Flights is super lovely and the flight was spectacular, great way to get to Milford Sound

Amazing views as we flew over the mountains. Informative chat about the area as we made our way to Milford Sound. Returning to Queenstown we took a different route which was great.

These guys will only fly if there is no rain, wind or clouds. Makes sense as your safety is most important, but also the views won't be optimal. The problem is this means the majority of their flights are cancelled and they only make a decision 1.5 hour before the trip which completely screws your plans, especially if cancelled over multiple days. When the forecast is obviously for bad weather, why not make the cancellation call in advance so your customers can make other plans? I've been booked onto 4 flights now with these guys over the years and not made a single one. My advice is take the coach and boat cruise if you really want to see the Sound otherwise you risk ruining your own holiday.

Highly recommend this company for your breathtaking trip to Milford Sound. Our trip Sunday April 14th was my first time ever flying in a Cessna airplane. Libby was a great pilot and I instantly felt safe and in good hands. We had an amazing turbulent-free ride to Milford Sound, and a smooth take-off and landing.
Every aspect of this flight / cruise went flawlessly. On time, friendly and organized. The cruise was so much fun and the waterfalls were so big they didn’t look real. We saw dolphins, baby seals and turtles. It was also suggested to pack a lunch/take food and I understand why. There is only a vending machine in the visitor center and on the boat, hot water, coffee and tea was available. Take this trip & thank me later! Highlight of our trip to Queenstown.

Was an amazing trip. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather. Our pilot was great and the scenery so fantastic. The cruise part was brilliant and got to see an amazing sights.

Fantastic experience !! Libby our pilot was so amazing. The whole fly, cruise, fly trip was seamless.
We only had a few days in Queenstown, but wanted to experience Milford Sounds. Would recommend this way of travel.

We had fabulous weather to fly to Milford Sound with Andy our friendly, experienced pilot.
The scenery and experience were never to be forgotten. Would highly recommend.
