Our original tour guide left before the specified time ...and we were there 10 min before that time as were another couple. I sent a text message to the tour guide, and Melissa Garza ( from their office) ran (literally) to the rescue and took us four on the tour. She was wonderful! So knowledgeable, and friendly, she rescued our tour for us!!

Our guide Jim was one of the best we’ve had in the many tours we’ve done all around Europe. He’s very knowledgeable, patient & humorous in his narrations. You cover a lot of territory & points of interest, so try doing this on your first day in Dublin so you’ll be informed about the places you’ll want to go back to see in more depth on your own.

James was extremely knowledgeable & friendly & we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Having a smaller group gave it a more personal touch & able to ask questions. We would highly recommend this tour

The tour was very informative and included some great points of interest.
The tour guide was very nice, but could have been better if louder or use of a microphone.

The walking tour was okay. James was a bit political. Just a few mentions of US politics, but it put us off him. Very unnecessary & annoying. Stick to Dublin history/culture please. It was a cold & windy day also, so we were happy to finish the tour and warm up back in our hotel. Otherwise, the walking bit was pretty good. I would give 3 1/2, but there are no halves permitted.

Our tour guide for this tour was interesting, informative, and kept a good pace to allow for observing the area while listening to the information provided. He allowed for questions and had good stories to share with the group.
