Literally the best part of our time in Santorini!! We felt like friends immediately! Alex took us to the best wineries, brought us to tucked away places we would never seen on our own, and helped us feel like a local!!! I wish we would’ve done this on our first day!!! Worth every single dollar!! Don’t think twice and trust your time with Alex!!! He is truly the best!!!

Alexandros was extremely flexible with the itinerary and we discussed exactly what we wanted for the day. He took us to out of the tourist areas to more local areas. Alessandro is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable with he area. If on a cruise ship, a private tour is the best way to go as you are not in a group of 50 of “your closest friends.: Alexandros was absolutely the best tour guide of all of the ones we used during our various places we visited.

Very pleasant and informative guide. Also flexible on the itinerary. Let's us decide when and where to go. Decided to skip the winery and go see some ruins instead and waited out front. Got us a dinner reservation on top of the island to see the sunset and it was fantastic. While we ate he called the cable car company to check on the wait time to get us back to the dock on time . Just know that the trip up to that restaurant was quite a trek. Lots of steep stairs but the view was definitely worth the effort and we never would have know about that place without our guides suggestion. The vehicle that he picked us up in was a modern Mercedes van with seating for six, rear air conditioning, leather seats and automatic dual sliding doors. Do not hesitate to use this service.

Alex was an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. From the moment he picked us up, his energy and knowledge of the island was second to none. His car was clean, spacious and smelled amazing.
He made recommendations and took us to quieter spots away from the main tourist traps which was a lovely change.
Alex treated us to an iced coffee which he does on all his tours, such a small gesture has such a lasting impact on us.
We can't recommend Alex and his company enough, especially if you want to learn the history of the region and see more than just the typical sights.

Alex was a great guide, he knew all the places to take us based on our interests- views! He was very laid back and flexible but also very knowledgeable about Santorini and its history. He was also a safe driver which is very important considering the steep terrain! Can’t thank him enough for warning us about the cable car queues and providing us with an alternative solution.

We had never visited Santorini before. Alex provided us with a great overview, seeing many interesting parts of the island, many of which we would have been unlikely to experience otherwise. He was very engaging throughout our tour, discussing a wide variety of topics, from historical to cultural and everything in between. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time.
We also arranged transportation on arrival and departure through Alex, which turned out to be a great decision, both in terms of cost and orientation.

Alex was very knowledgeable about Greek history, the Greek way of life and made it fun! He’s by far the best tour guide in Greece. We highly recommend anyone going to Santorini to use Meliton tours. They are also very punctual & kind! 5 stars!!!

We had an amazing time in Santorini with our excursion guide! We went to places we didn’t expect and had beautiful views atop mountain tops from a Montessori that houses 7 monks, visited Oia, Fira, Red Beach, and relaxed at the Garden Cafe for dinner before watching the sunset over Santorini.
