The driver never showed up we had to take another shuttle van to our hotel. Emailed for a refund was told sorry no refunds even when no one showed?

Driver for pickup from airport was late and do not offer water or drinks. Not the smoothest driver.
From hotel to airport was perfect.

The shuttle service was convenient and reliable. Prior to arrival, they texted and made sure I was informed on where to meet. Upon arrival, the team waited for us at the meeting point.
We booked a round trip ticket from the Airport to Playa del Carmen and back. The drive was smooth. Definitely recommend it and will use the service again in the future!

Reserved car for 111. Driver was not there by 12 so cancelled the return. They then refused to take because I would not sign a payment for credit card for a round trip. Terrible treatment and service. I would. Or use these people

It’s was very organized and quick. Got to my destination safely. When we arrived at the hospital there was a representative waiting but I did have to find him. But otherwise it was a very smooth and quick process after and would use this arrive again
