Hard to find ticket office. Too expensive but we got at last minute and other options were sold out so paid the price.

Just back from Rome..fantastic place!
Vatican museum & sistine Chapel. Don’t book a guided tour!
Or use a pre-booking company!
You can turn up & que 17 euros…off season no que really!
36 euros with a pre-booking company. Not needed.
Men can where knee length shorts & no I.d. Required.
Amazing but very touristy.

Beautiful experience but so many people allowed in at once
Rome in general is full to the brim of history and spectacular sights, the people are friendly and happy to assist, the down side is it’s extremely expensive for everything, everywhere, expect to pay up wards of 4 euros for a can of. Coke, 7.8 euros for chips
Lake Garda wasn’t any different 14 years ago so maybe it’s just Italy in general
For what we paid for 4 nights plus spending money we could have funded 2 weeks in Portugal !

That said it’s a once in a lifetime trip just remember to take extra money, bare in mind city tax is applied on check out too

So glad we had the skip the line tickets because I don’t think I would have visited here if I had to stand in the lines. Our guide Laura was wonderful and so very informative making the experience worthwhile. Learned so much history and saw so many beautiful works of art. My advise to you is don’t stop at the cafeteria on site because the food is sub par at best. If you have any health issues or mobility issues this tour might not be for you because there are stairs and a lot of walking.
