Bus was scheduled to leave at 7.30 am, but we were notified by text/email a day before that the pick up time was now 6:05 am. We returned to Krakow to drop off other guests before heading to the salt mine and no one explained when there would be a break for lunch. Salt mine has 850 steps and miles of tunnels which was not clearly elucidated beforehand. The driver did not know about the after tour pickup point and we felt stranded. Walked and ran in the rain instead of getting picked up close by.

The tour guide was incredible, so knowledgeable and easier to hear everything with the headphones. The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was so informative and so respectful for the victims. I learned so much.
Our driver was so nice and easy going, made us feel really welcome and relaxed, and played decent music in the car!!
The salt mine was also incredible. I highly recommend this trip!!! 👍🇵🇱✌️🤍

A humbling experience but so worth it. From the moment we were picked up, the staff where professional, and the transport comfortable. The guide we had was extremely knowledgeable and spoke very good english. There is alot of walking and if you go in December like us, it is cold, so not for the faint hearted. The salt mines were like something you've never seen before, however we did feel that after the visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau we could have done without doing the Salt Mine on the same day to save our aching feet, however we pushed on regardless and where so pleased to have visited. Highly recommended.
