Anna was so incredibly knowledgeable about all the fine details. She was so personable and had such enthusiasm for what she does. The history behind the making of the crystals and how they came to be were more than we expected. It was such an incredible day. The museum was more than amazing. We felt connected and not just a tourist. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to the Tyrol area.
Any trip that is booked with Anna would be amazing! What an interesting tour. She is so personable and makes you feel like family.

This tour wouldn't be so good if it wasn't for Anna who organised this whole visit and made sure we not only saw all the amazing exhibitions but learned a lot about the history and what makes the Swarovski brand. If you wish to discover the Crystal World this it the tour for you. Highly recommend and fully satisfied with our trip to Wattens.

It definitely worth to visit Swarovski Crystal World with private tour. We have known a lot about company and it’s history, being guided by employee of company. After we had lunch in Daniel’s Restaurant with view!

Our entire tour was curated for our family of four. Anna and Marin were very accommodating and planned the best of Austria possible in the limited time we had. We had a wonderful time with some fun conversations with them. Totally recommend.

Don't get me wrong. Anna our tour guide was excellent, but this tour was not worth the money we paid. You can get city buses or a regular tour with audio and it would be good.

My adult daughter and I scheduled with Anna to see the museum. This is a museum unlike any other you will every see so be sure not to miss it. Anna is an amazing host and fun! We had a fantastic time and she is so knowledgeable about everything. She was so good I booked another tour later in the week with her!!!
