This tour is the best tour to Isla Mujeres and experience a catamaran in the Caribbean sea. At the beginning of the tour you will sail in a catamaran in the amazing sea of the Caribbean until the museum musa and practice some snorkel for 30 minutes and be amaze of sculptures underwater, After that you will spend time in a beach club where you can enjoy the buffet and free time in Isla Mujeres around 4 pm we will start the return to slowly to Cancun enjoying the sun and the catamaran.

Transportation left us. When I contacted them they said the individual I talked to on Whatsapp was not associated with them even though she was the one I got their number from. She said to be in the lobby at a certain time then, when I got internet access, I found there was an email saying the driver was there then left. However the resort had no record of the driver ever being there.
They refused to give me a refund but later said they could rebook. This was after I had told them earlier this was the only day we could go.
Do not waste your time or money.
It's sad really because I took this tour last year with no problems.

The water is beautiful at Isla Mujeres. The catamaran was fun with lots of entertainment. The buffet food was good, ceviche was amazing. You have to be a guess at the pick up location you select or you won’t be allowed entry.
