Excellent tour Brianna and Tony were great gyud s and did a fantastic job Loved it The mix of snorkeling laying and sailing was perfect

This is a must Do when visiting Key West.The staff here will make you feel comfortable whether it’s your first time riding or your tenth time riding .I was very nervous and the staff was constantly checking on me to make sure I was okay .
The tour was awesome you could go fast if you choose .The staff also provides some historic facts about Key West which I thought was cool .You won’t be disappointed:)

We were booked on West Jet flight to Vancouver with transfers at Calgary from St John's on 29th May 2024 . Our flight was scheduled for 3.10 pm. We boarded on time but sat in the plane for an hour waiting for takeoff but was told that we could not depart because of crosswinds. We were then asked to disembark and wait at the gate for further news. At about 7 pm we noticed that two Air Canada planes took off even though it was foggy.
We boarded our plane only close to 9 pm and arrived at Calgary at about 11.30 pm and were handed new boarding tickets for Calgary - Vancouver flight .The flight was at 7 am the following morning as our booked flight at 11.35 pm was cancelled. West Jet should at least consult us before booking the earliest flight at 7 am and not giving us sufficient rest.
By the time we collected our bags it was close to midnight.No food or hotel vouchers were provided as West Jet said delay was caused by weather. However Air Canada took off earlier at about 7 pm why West Jet delayed till 9 pm to take off? Had we taken off earlier we could have made it to the 11.35 pm flight. Was it to avoid paying accommodation fees and meals?
We wanted to change our rebooked flight time to a later time but West Jet staff at the airport could not change our new rebooked flight time of 7 am and asked us to go to its website to change the time which we tried but found it difficult as you need to download its app .Tried to call its call center but its live chat had no response.
Even though we had a few hours to rest we checked in at an airport hotel at 12.20am and checked out at 5am to take the shuttle to the airport for our flight at 7 am. Except for apologies we got nothing from West Jet.

Sunset Watersports have the best staff, best jet skis, best tour. My wife and I had the best time and can’t wait to go again. You get to stop a few times and even take a dip in the ocean! They take pics for you while you are on the tour. Don’t go anywhere else, this place is awesome.

Awesome experience ! Kyle was a great tour guide and the tour itself was beautiful. You start in the Atlantic and then move over to the sandbars. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back next year.

Overall a great experience! Stephanie was an amazing instructor/tour guide-she took us around key west and made sure we were all having good time. Highly recommend trying these guys out if your for a jet ski tour!

Jake and Sarah, Parrot Key location, were outstanding guides!!! They really made the trip a success. We had a first time jet skier and several experienced jet skiers, they were able to keep everyone happy and safe.

The skis are the best on the island!!! Well worth travel

Yes I stayed back in April we had a conference in the conference room that was wonderful that worked out well it's nice when other employees you can be sure you just have to wonderful places to stay business covers the hotel but the amenities in the snacks that you could get and the food that they deliver if you need food service wake up calls in the morning breakfast in the morning 20:04 hour gym which came in very handy I just enjoyed my stay very much thank you
