Not been able to make timeslot reservations through CityPASS so not possible to visit attractions unlesd you want to stand in line for hours

Great value for money and ticks all the top tourist activities to do and visit in New York! Only had an issue with the activation of the pass so had to call customer care to fix it (but what sorted immediately and very helpful!)

Horrible for the museum of National history you had to wait 30 min line outside then another 30 min just to get your tickets EVEN THOUGH they make you make a reservation…. DO NOT USE … order your tickets on line you get in faster… wasted over and 1.5 hours in line not worth it….

Good idea to have one to save time and some money too, install of citypass app req for it to be used, bought one via Viator and initially citypass app could add this booking but few minutes later after whaatsapp chat with support it was sorted and ready to be used and tickets booked for attractions. By having this pass reservations for attractions needs to be made but you save time by skipping general queues,

We loved our time in New York! The CityPASS app made it easy to book our chosen experiences and access our tickets. It also kept our experiences organized by day and time, as well as providing directions and tips. Everything worked perfectly and we had a great time! I would definitely recommend the Empire State Building, Circle Line Cruise, Statue of Liberty, and the 9/11 Museum and Memorial.

Using the Go City New York Explorer Pass on my trip to New York was the perfect way to explore the city. This pass stands out because it offers the freedom to choose only the attractions that interest me and want to see.

First, the pass was extremely easy to use. I was able to quickly enter the attractions I chose and thus did not waste time in queues. Having seamless access to iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Statue of Liberty made my trip more enjoyable.

Additionally, the extra advantages offered by the pass were also remarkable. The guidebook and map made navigating the city quite simple. Also a pleasant surprise was the discounts at restaurants and shopping places where the pass is valid.

Good value for money for a short trip. Easy booking.
Limited site-seeing options on the pass so probably not worthwhile for a trip lasting more than 4 days.

It doesn't do what it says it does.
Could only use this pass in one atraction, out of the 4 I visited.
When I first contacted them, I was told to apply for a part refund.
When I finally was given the link, that was totally out of the question, that was sent to me within minutes.
